LENDERS / INVESTORS INDEPENDENT ENGINEERS
The basic objective is to safeguard the interests of the lenders / investors and minimise their risks. This is done through ensuring timely completion of a project with minimum cost over runs and ensuring the quality of the material, machinery and workmanship. The proper utilization of funds is also ensured during the process.
Regular site visits, examination of documents, assessment of projects physical status and appropriate utilisation of funds are few of the key activities for submission of accurate reports.
The important activities we perform in this process are as under:
- Study of Contracts/ Orders executed by the borrower
- Study & feasibility of implemetnation schedule of the project
- Study of disbursement schedule of funds and it's corelation to implementation schedule
- Sufficiency of permits and approvals obtained for setting up the project
- Monitoring and influence for timely supply of machinery
- Installation of plant and machinery and equipment at site
- Quality assessment of plant and machinery installed
- Monitoring of execution of contracts
- Proposing corrective measures post establishing reasons for delays in implementation and cost overruns
- Assessment of completion of civil works
- Quality assessment of civil works of the project
- Analysis of test reports
- Commissioning of project as per schedule
- Ensuring proper use of funds
- Creation & Submission of reports after each visit
- Quarterly / Annual Maintainence and Operational Review after implementation of the project
